Members of the public can come and observe our Council of Governor meetings.  These meetings are in public every two months. Click on the links below to see the dates and papers for these meetings.

Meetings will take place between 11.00am and 1.30pm on the dates below:

  • 11 August 2026 
  • 10 November 2026 
  • 9 February 2027

Attending a Council of Governor meeting

All Council of Governor meetings start at 11am in the Board Room at Clarendon. 

If you would like to attend, please let us know by 5pm on the Thursday before the meeting. You can do this by emailing: 

joannewilliamson3@nhs.net.

This is so we can make sure we have enough space in the room. It also means we can contact you if there are any changes to the meeting dates or times.
