Dr David Coady

Dr David Coady is a Consultant Rheumatologist.

As a Consultant Rheumatologist, Dr Coady looks after people with joint, muscle and bone problems.

He helps general rheumatology patients and does joint injections, ultrasound scans and muscle biopsies.

Dr Coady graduated from Newcastle in 1993. He has worked and trained mainly in the North East of England but also worked in South Africa and New Zealand.

He once held a teaching and research role funded by Arthritis Research UK. The work helped identify the most important skills students need to examine muscles and joints.

Dr Coady is the lead of Health and Conduct at Sunderland Medical School, Clinical Lead for Rheumatology and Consultant Appraiser.

His GMC number is 4033417.
