Mark Tull - Staff governor for community staff
Mark started working in the NHS 31 years ago as a student nurse. He now works in two roles, as a clinician and as a mental health team manager.
He believes that a strong health organisation must care for both the community it serves and the staff who work there.
Mark is passionate about staff wellbeing, especially mental health, and believes it should be a top priority for the organisation.
