Tim Burdett - Staff governor for non-clinical staff
Tim started working at STSFT more than 15 years ago. During this time, he has worked in many different roles, both within the Trust and at other organisations in the region. The NHS has faced many changes and challenges, and these can have a long‑lasting effect on staff. Tim wants to make sure that all staff, no matter their role or grade, are heard as the workplace continues to change.
Non‑clinical staff are sometimes overlooked when people think of hospitals as places that only provide care and treatment. However, these staff play a vital role in keeping services running. They support clinical, support and corporate services every day. Tim wants to make sure non‑clinical staff are included in discussions and have a chance to help shape positive change.
