Patients, undergoing cancer treatment will soon be asked to take part in NHS England’s National Cancer Patient Experience Survey. Feedback from this survey helps services monitor what’s working well and what needs to be improved for future cancer patients. The survey will be carried out by an independent organisation who has been approved by NHS England.

We want your feedback

The NHS wants to improve the experience of healthcare by giving clear information, showing everyone respect and compassion and keeping patients safe and comfortable.

What happens to the information you give us?

NHS England will use the information to tell the people who treat patients what they’re good at and what they can improve. Personal information will be handled securely. No identifiable information will be published.

Opting out

If you prefer to ‘opt out’ of the survey, you can let us know and we’ll respect that. Unless you ask us not to contact you, you’ll get a questionnaire later in the year.

If you do not wish to take part, or have any questions about the survey, please contact Gary Schuster on Freephone 0800 032 7643.
