It is always good to feel recognised and rewarded for the work we do. We want everyone to feel appreciated at STSFT and will always say thank you and well done. How are we doing this?
- Our Excellence Reporting scheme allows us to recognise the efforts of individuals and teams who have gone above and beyond. It allows us to celebrate the amazing things our staff do every day and demonstrate how learning from positivity has been embraced across the organisation.
