He’s back! It’s STSFT’s Secret Santa. Help us spread a little kindness and cheer and tell us who's been really nice this year. Thanks to support from our STS Charity and Choice, we’re pleased to be able to run this for the third year in a row.
Do you know someone who deserves a little treat this year? Maybe they've helped you out, or gone above and beyond for a patient? Or maybe you just want to make someone smile this Christmas.
Join STSFT's Secret Santa and let us know why you think they should be on the 'nice list' and they might receive a little treat from STSFT's Christmas Elves... All you have to do is fill in our online form below. Tell us who you are nominating and why you they should be on the 'nice list.'
Here are Santa's 7 rules:
- You can't nominate yoursELF - Nice try! But Santa sees everything, including cheeky sELF-nominations.
- Every star deserves their own sparkle - We don’t mean to be The Grinch, but teams, departments and entire wards are off the sleigh. You can only nominate individuals so, only one person per nomination please!
- Choose one person who's made the year extra merry and bright - You can only nominate one person. No sneaky attempts to nominate all of your colleagues individually (this counts as a group nomination). This is secret Santa but with extra sparkle, let's share the cheer fairly!
- One cracking nomination beats a sleigh full of repeats - If loads of you want to nominate the same superstar, team up and send one brilliant nomination together! A thoughtful, well-written nomination is way more magical than a bunch of copy-and-paste ones. Let’s keep it festive, not repetitive!
- Value the magic - Sprinkle a little sparkle into your nomination by sharing how they shine through one of STSFT’s four values (Compassion, Honesty, Respect, Teamwork).
- Santa's got a system - All nominations must be sent on this form - no chimney drops, carrier pigeons or glittery post-its allowed. If it’s not on the form, it’s not on Santa’s list!
- Be a festive Elf, not a last-minute Dasher - Santa doesn't wait for stragglers! You've got until 11.59pm on Wednesday 26th November to nominate. After that, the sleigh takes off and the Elves stop reading emails. Don’t miss the deadline!
From 1st December, the STSFT Elves will start to contact everyone who’s made it on the ‘nice list’. They will be asked to collect their treat from one of the collection points that have been set up across the Trust.
