Our five year strategy sets out a plan of how we can achieve our vision for excellence in all that we do.
It has five strategic objectives:
- Safety and quality – to provide safe and high quality patient care
- Staff experience – to look after our people and be inclusive
- Share and learn – to share what we learn and communicate well
- Sustainability – to take action for a more sustainable future
- Leadership – to lead by example in our work
It also shares what we stand for in terms of our values and the way we expect people to behave. In other words, ‘our culture’ and how we do things.
Our strategy builds on what staff have told us is important to them. We have also thought about what matters to the people we serve and our partners. It sets out our priorities over the next five years.
