Do you know someone who's been really nice this year? Maybe they've helped you out, or gone above and beyond for a patient? Or maybe you just want to make someone smile this Christmas.
Join STSFT's Secret Santa and let us know why you think they should be on the 'nice list' and they might receive a little treat from STSFT's Christmas Elves... All you have to do is fill in our online form below. Tell us who you are nominating and why you they should be on the 'nice list.'

Here are the five golden rules:
- You can't nominate yourself
- You can only nominate an individual
- We don’t mean to be The Grinch but please don’t nominate teams or departments
- Nominations will only be accepted via this form
- You've got until Tuesday 10th December to nominate
All nominations will be reviewed by STSFT's Christmas Elves.
From 16th December, the STSFT Elves will start to contact everyone who’s made it on the ‘nice list’. They will be asked to collect their treat from one of the collection points that have been set up across the Trust.
