We are delighted to launch our new Trust vision, values and 5 year strategy for STSFT. This follows all of your feedback from the BIG STSFT Team Talk last year.
Vision
Our new vision at STSFT is very simple. We want to deliver excellence in all that we do for the people we look after.
Values
To achieve our vision for excellence we have also refreshed our key values. Our values are what we believe in at STSFT and what we stand for. They are:
- Compassion – we are kind and caring
- Teamwork – we work as a team
- Honesty – we are open and honest
- Respect – we treat people fairly and with respect
Our behavioural framework (click here), sets out the standards of behaviour we expect everyday to meet our values.
Strategy
You can read our new 5 year strategy here. We have also developed an annual plan (click here) which sets out the steps we will take this year to help us meet our vision for excellence.
Over the summer we want all staff to get involved, within their teams, to talk about their plans for the future. You will be able to do this in a number of ways:
- By writing your ideas on the big planning posters that will be given out to teams and departments
- By writing your ideas on our virtual planning wall (don’t forget to tell us which team you are part of)
- By writing your ideas in your own annual plan workbook (click here)
We will be asking for all feedback by the end of September so that we can consider your ideas as part of our planning process.
