Are you interested in becoming a Nurse and working with our adult patients?
If so, why not consider our Get Into Nursing Programme. We're recruiting now! You don't need any experience in healthcare and will gain a placement as a Healthcare Assistant while you undertake an adult nursing degree.
What Is Get Into Nursing?
- A route to gain admission to the Adult Nursing Degree at The University of Sunderland for those with no care experience
- Gaining a place gives 12 months paid work experience as a Healthcare Assistant, and a provisional place on the Adult Nursing degree programme at the University of Sunderland in April 2020
- You must already meet the academic criteria for the University of Sunderland BSc in Adult Nursing
- You must have no or little paid experience of caring and you must not have already worked in direct patient care within the NHS
