St Benedict's Hospice Palliative Care Team will be hosting their annual remembrance service this weekend.
It will be held at St Aidan's in Ryhope Road, Grangetown, Sunderland, SR2 9RS.
The service begins at 3pm.
All are welcome to attend as we join together to remember our loved ones.
Fr David Raine will lead the service which will include readings, hymns, prayers and reflections.
