We hope you have found the cancer information hub useful.

We are always keen to improve things and would be really keen for your feedback on what is good, what could be better and anything that you think is missing.

We would be grateful if you could complete this short survey.

At STSFT we work hard to make sure that your care is as comfortable and stress free as possible and that your experience of our services is a positive one. Your feedback is really important to us to help us learn and improve

Northern Cancer Voices are a group of volunteers, patients, carers, and health professionals with an interest in ensuring the best possible quality of care and support for cancer patients and their family and friends. They have a Collaborative Group of health professionals, volunteers and patients covering the North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care System (ICS) – the largest ICS in the country. It is chaired by Tori Bradison and currently funded by the Northern Cancer Alliance through a small grant awarded to us by Coping with Cancer.  The Collaborative Group is supported by four regional groups who have representatives closer to local services and local cancer patients and their carers.

The group will:
•    Signpost services
•    Disseminate information
•    Get people involved through networking
•    Share lessons learnt.

We will establish networks with:
•    Lead cancer nurses
•    Macmillan
•    Northern Cancer Alliance
•    Cancer Research UK
•    VCSE (Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise) Health & Wellbeing Alliance
•    Primary Care networks
•    Cancer Delivery Managers
•    Clinical Commissioning Groups
•    Healthwatch
