Haven Court is a purpose built facility enhancing the provision of care within South Tyneside.
It has 80 bedrooms all with en-suite facilities. We care for long stay patients as well as those who will stay with us for a few weeks before returning back to their own home (re-ablement).
There is an open visiting policy; however we do ask that mealtimes are respected.
