About the network
Staff Network Groups are confidential, safe spaces for staff to come together, with the aim to improve their workplace experience. They can be used to share experiences, provide advice and support, raise concerns and identify solutions, as well as generate ideas for Professional Development.
The groups exist to promote diversity within the workplace, tackle isolation that some colleagues experience, and be a critical friend advocating equality, diversity and inclusion; we are not just a resource for individuals but for the whole organisation.
