What we do
We aim to avoid or reduce hospital stay, by providing care at home where it is safe to do so. We see children with a nursing or medical need who live within the borough of South Tyneside aged 0-19 (according to need). We work seven days a week 08:00-18:00 except for bank holidays 08:00 to 13:00.
