Employed by the Trust and commissioned by South Tyneside and Sunderland Clinical Commissioning Groups, the Community Infection and Prevention Control Team will deliver an Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) service to Care Homes, GP Practices and Domiciliary Services across South Tyneside and Sunderland.
