There are three members of the Community Infection Prevention and Control Team.

- Julie Ainsworth - Infection Prevention and Control Nurse
- Nicola Armstrong - Senior HCA/Admin Band 3
- Leanne Weir – Administration Assistant
Where we are based
The team will deliver an Infection Prevention and control service to Care Homes, GP Practices and Domiciliary Services across South Tyneside and Sunderland.
