The ward based multi professional teams are made up of nursing staff , medical staff, specialist nurses, dieticians, physiotherapists, occupational therapist as well as a team of pharmacists as well as our cleaning / environmental assistant staff.

Our inpatients are cared for on a dedicated gastroenterology ward (Ward 3).
Ward 3 is located on the first floor of the Ingham Wing, South Tyneside District Hospital, Harton Lane, South Shields. NE34 0PL
Sunderland:
Ward B26 can be found on B level of Sunderland Royal Hospital. The ward works side by side with the endoscopy unit, as a great many patients on B26 attend the endoscopy unit for various procedures.
