Another element of the Patient Experience team is Volunteering. Volunteers are considered a vital part of STSFT work they are integral to enhancing patient experience and best clinical outcomes. We are continually growing our team of volunteers and have a dedicated Volunteer Liaison Coordinator.
The Volunteer Liaison Coordinators role is to promote volunteering across the Trust and the community, recruit, manage and support our volunteers and work with health professionals to develop new volunteering roles within the organisation.
