About Us
Our ophthalmology outpatient’s service covers a range of ophthalmic disorders.
Additionally, macular patients are able to access a local injection service here, where they are able to have imaging taken, are seen in the clinic and have their intraocular injections all in one attendance. The clinics are run by the specialist team from Sunderland Eye Infirmary. Imaging includes Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT scans) and Visual Fields.
